  Ran in today and first used the rest room at 4:00 on Saturday. One rest room is out of order. The other one is filthy. I’m surprised even an employee would use it. I came out to an empty store. No one behind the counter, either. Trash overflowing at the straw/napkin station as well. Food? No thank you. If the bathroom is that dirty, what does the back room look like. Too bad, because when we pulled in, we mentioned what a nice location it was and how nice the building was. Proprietor needs to up their game.

  I went through the drive-thru today, Friday, November 7th, at 5:14. The customer service was terrible. The girl, whose name I think is Sorai or something like that, was extremely rude. Besides that, she completely messed up my order. When I asked her to give me what I ordered, she rolled her eyes at me. On top of that, with her awful attitude, she grumbled at everything I said. This type of person shouldn't work in customer service because they dislike their job, and it's not our fault if they're having a bad day.

  don't try calling ahead to see if they have something in stock (even if it's at 3 o'clock in the afternoon) because they'll hang up on you. and if you try to call again, they'll hang up on you again. and if you try a third time, they'll take the phone off the hook. i'll make sure to go to another store.

  I’m not usually the kind to do reviews,as I feel like they are a waste of time and I don’t have enough energy to waste my time on things like this,but this place is an outrage. My mother (who’s English is mediocre but usually understandable) was trying to order a hot hibiscus tea with two bags,a bacon egg and cheese,a Boston cream and a Sabrina daydream strawberry refresher. They got the tea,the donut and the bacon egg and cheese order name right,but when she was trying to say that she wanted the Sabrina strawberry with less ice and three sugar,they thought she said just ice and then some girl with a yelling voice said l what the hell,and we decided to just remove the Sabrina strawberry. Then when we got to the window, the girl read us back our order,then my moms attempted to put the Sabrina strawberry in,but the girl just said “we’re too busy to add stuff at the window” and then the donut came alright,the tea came with one tea bag and not two,and then when I went to take the bacon egg and cheese out the bag,the little bag just fell apart,and everything spilled. Overall really bad service and honestly cursing at a customer over an order is jst immaturity.
