  Went in with a co worker. They messed up his sandwich and used mine to correct it (both ordered same sandwich) only I wanted mine toasted as well. They were too busy correcting the first one that they completely ignored my request of having it toasted. I wasn't sure if they heard me and asked again for it to be toasted only to be ignored and have my sandwich passed down the line to the next station where they started putting the veggies and oil on (past the point of having them toast it) very disappointed. Only eat here maybe 3-4 times a month. Will have no issue going to Greg's and paying a little extra to actually get what I want.

  This place is now staffed with employees who cannot keep an order straight to save themselves. It used to be decent, now it isn't.
