My cards always gets charged anyways. Their system also doesn't readjust the snap $ amount when substitutions are made. I always reject the substitutions and still.get charged for them. Very frustrating, never have this issue with Shaw's. Shaw doesn't charge delivery and neither do I have issues with snap being updated when theirs substitutions. Only reason I don't shop at Shaw's is because their points can't be used for gas anymore.
