- ATAlize TorresAug 11, 20251.0Pick Up and Go system is not set up properly online/app. They advertise free pick up if you buy certain items or up to a dollar amount. It's NEVER free. My cards always gets charged anyways. Their system also doesn't readjust the snap $ amount when substitutions are made. I always reject the substitutions and still.get charged for them. Very frustrating, never have this issue with Shaw's. Shaw doesn't charge delivery and neither do I have issues with snap being updated when theirs substitutions. Only reason I don't shop at Shaw's is because their points can't be used for gas anymore.

Was in there trying to do redemption on my soda cans and the machine kept spitting them back out . Out of three bags worth it only accepted 90 cents worth of them . Complete water of time . Other than that grocery store is decent .
