  Okay this is kind of a new place and the first few times I was there I gave them a pass but I just went there the other day and it hasn't changed. Every single table was dirty and there was no customers there. We had to wipe down a table to eat at. When you walk up to the counter it's kind of like you're interrupting their conversations and they don't like it. they don't have any urgency for the customer. So sad because it's got such potential. I've worked in the restaurant business and I know it all comes from the management

  One of the worst places I’ve ever been. I’ve gone to this place full of incompetence a few times and it gets worse every time and now I’ll never go again. Everything is always cold. The employees are terrible and will probably work at places like this for the rest of their lives. None of them will succeed past working at chipotle or a place like it.

  One star is 1 to many Place is filthy, they apparently managed to run out of cheese despite bieng next to a market basket , all the drinks were empty Staff didnt seem interested in rectifying any of it. Food was gross , we threw it away.

  The place was messy, every table had food scraps left on them and some still had trash. Behind the counter where the food was prepped wasn't much better, food scraps all over the place, just wasn't well maintained. The food was okay, definitely puts this place pretty fast down my list of places to go to eat in Gloucester. Try Macahacas, or Jalepnos, or Tacos Lupita instead.

  I’ve had multiple frustrations at this Chipotle location, and it’s consistently bad. They’re open until 11 PM but somehow run out of basic items by 6 PM almost every time. The place is always dirty trash overflowing, tables not cleaned and it’s not somewhere you’d want to sit and eat. I’ve been told they were out of chips while I could clearly see pre-made chips in the mobile order area, which is frustrating and misleading. They also charge inconsistently my order costs more in person than it does on the mobile app for the exact same thing. If it’s the same order, why am I being charged more? It feels sneaky and is a big reason I don’t trust this location. I gave this place plenty of chances thinking it would improve, but it hasn’t. It needs serious improvement, and whoever owns or manages it shouldn’t be proud of what it’s become. They need a corporate check asap! Because you’re honestly better off going to Market Basket. This is the worst Chipotle by far.
