    I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. Was told, "we're out" so I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. The loud sigh & the tone of his response, he was obviously aggravated. He very rudely snapped back "I did just tell you we are out". I told him, you didn't specify what you were out of. This was 7:44 am, biscuits ..... with about 3 hours of breakfast to go, they were out of biscuits! I ordered a McMuffin & a hashbrown. Paid and THEN I go to the pick up window & the girl was holding my order. I figured nice quick hand off except, she was very confused that I did not order a drink. I assured her that I had not. She just stood there (still holding my order) looking back & forth between me and the order screen for almost a full minute. I get it, 45 seconds isn't very long but, explain that to the cars behind me who's drivers were obviously not happy! Thankfully one of them beeped their horn and it seemed to startled her just enough to finally hand me my order! The only thing I can say about experience.....WOW🤦

    I'm not going to say this about the last time I went cuz I was actually surprised by all the times before my last time were awful there's not one English-speaking person that works there they always get my order wrong I have to ask them six different times for just honey. Play kept bringing me out honey mustard because they don't speak English and don't know the difference. It's so annoying. My boyfriend does not like she is and always gets cheese on his food we're always having to go back in and get our food fixed so if it is fresh by the time that we actually get our food fixed it's already old by the time that we get home so frustrating!! BUT the last time I went in it was literally all white or English-speaking people there and everything went so smoothly we order online and then we parked when we get there they came right out with our food it was hot and fresh there was no cheese on my boyfriend's big mouth we got all of our sauces which was which like you're supposed to it's like simple tasks tbey can't comprehend.

    This is the worst store with no care , I cannot say how many times half my order shows up. They have been reported so many times for this and only conclusion is this store manager and store as a whole truly does not care about customer satisfaction . 40 min wait for half the food and what did show up was cold . Horrible horrible horrible store !!!

    One young person was attempting to service the twenty or so people who have been waiting long time; one guy 27 min for ice coffee. And they/he was only one decent and professional. French fries cold and old. No order correct - 3 separate orders in our group. Seriously the worst service at fast food restaurant ever -and I'm 60yrs old.
