  Management here appears to be poor all across the board. Firstly, one of the managers (Amy), has always been rude and miserable whenever I have the unfortunate circumstance of seeing her, she makes me feel uncomfortable and like I want to get the heck away from this store ASAP. She has a very strong attitude towards some customers but is “perfectly” nice to others. I am not sure how she picks and chooses which customers she treats with decency. This is something I have observed from the many years I have shopped here weekly. If you wonder why half of the staff there is miserable, also with very poor attitudes, I would point towards LEADERSHIP there…not modeling acceptable and customer-friendly behavior. There are some really nice employees here, but also a lot of turn-around lately - we see new employees all the time and only the veterans remain. When we first began shopping here, it was all the same employees and a much better atmosphere. It doesn’t surprise me that not many want to remain employed in this environment where anything goes - where is your customer service? Isn’t that what keeps your store alive? Isn’t that why you are bleeding money, massively overcharging for ALL food in your store, and selling rotten, spoiled, poor quality goods? When you all stopped believing the customer mattered; your store went downhill. When you allow indecent people with poor attitudes and leadership run your store, this is the result. Lack of funds, poor quality, broken fridges and freezers. When freezers or fridges broke down, they would still try to sell whatever food was bad - even if it should have been thrown out. This has happened multiple times in the last 5 years I have been a weekly, sometimes daily customer. I will say, it has gone from bad to worse when it comes to the food here. I can’t tell you how many times I received poor quality or spoiled food. On the other hand, I have had more experiences with fine or decent food. It’s not all bad. I simply think they are cutting corners recently and don’t do right by the customers, which ultimately leads to a loss of business and profits. Due to having regular issues with poor quality food I simply lost money on, I am unhappy with the downward decline, wasted money and ruined dinners. I hope you guys will turn your store back around, put good leadership in charge, stop cutting corners, and charge a REASONABLE amount for food items. This Hannafords is the most expensive grocery store I have ever shopped at. It bleeds your wallet dry. I run out of money shopping here it’s so expensive.

  This location has a very limited selection when it comes to their bakery, fresh baked goods/breads and ready made meals. Also, there is no floral department here however the store itself is well organized and kept tidy. Knowing your way around will come in handy because there are minimal staff on the floor to assist you with any questions. You will likely have to go through self checkout because there is typically only one or two lanes open for cashiers and one of those two is always an express lane that requires few items to bypass. There is plenty of parking unfortunately their shoping caI re all different outside therefore when it rains or snows you are likely going to have to deal with a wet, cold or even frozen one.
