- MMMichaelNov 29, 20251.0I'm not sure who he is but the person who took my order I thought I heard someone call him Chris he was rude and incompetent when I was ordering and then when he made my food he was sweating and it was disgusting I didn't even want to eat it and when I looked at my food it was horrible and burnt idk who he is but he needs to be talked too cause he was just awful and I truly hope he is not the manager cause if he is Dunkins need to set higher standards just awful customer service
