Arrived 5:15pm saw no orders in the pickup area so I waited while a few customers we attended to then i asked an associate if they could check on my order, she came back and so no such order then i asked to check again and she came back with same answer and asked if i was at the right store. I showed her the order and she went back and came back with the same answer so after waiting about 20 minutes i asked what is the hold up and she said she has to ask a mgr about it so after maybe another 15 minutes she asked what was on the order, i informed her and maybe another 10-15 she made my order, leaving the store at around 6:05. I would have canceled the order but it was already paid. Long story short. I'm done with Chipotle. Not the second or third time having issues here with orders. Also none of the sitdown tables were clean at all.
