  Not sure why all the bad reviews. We ate here in the afternoon and the food & service were fine. A little loud inside but we had a nice meal.

  On 4/12/26 my husband and I attempted to eat here around 12:300. The food was ok but when they first opened they kept the place clean. The last few times we went they were all standing around and the bathrooms and sitting area were absolutely disgusting. There was no reason that no one bussed the tables, cleaned the floor and bathrooms, or stock and clean the drink area. If this is how you let the front of house look I would be afraid to see the food prep area. Someone who was new was serving and he was nice but the manager was oblivious as people walked in looked around and walked out. I love chipotle and wish this location could get a manager that cares. We ordered food before we saw the place and could not eat there every table was filthy. Instead we had to go home to eat and reheat our food which is not the same sad. As store manager myself for multiple restaurants walking in at noon and finding such a mess and seeing people turn around and not order makes me think the manager needs to put in more time at this location and the district manager needs to do a pop in. This seems to be a problem with every chain restaurant we get in our area. Seems because the next closest store is far away the upper heads don’t stop in. They get neglected and go. I would hate to see that happen here

  Oh god where do I start 😫 the workers should all be fired ..food is always cold 🥶 I had the opportunity of dining in and hearing a worker talk about his eventful weekend (disgusting) somebody's gonna get food poisoning at this place 😫

  The Gardner Chipotle is the best! The service is always A+, Nazine and the people who work the nights are always so nice. The service is also so good when my wife and I go.

  Got the kids meals which tasted really good and were a great value. The man at the counter went above and beyond to help accommodate my wife’s dairy allergies, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.
