Pulled away and realized our order was missing ketchup, so I parked and waited in the inside line again. The shift manager acted annoyed, saying sarcastically, “How many do you want, 1–20? Are you a ketchup person?” I wasn’t asking for extra ….I just wanted what should have come with my meal that I stated when they asked what sauce I would like. Her attitude made a simple correction feel like a hassle for her, which was completely unnecessary and actually a hassle for me with small kids. See receipt for ketchup that I made sure to ask for in the drive through. ANYWAYS

Managment should purchase a safe to make change and have a shift manager who controls it. NOT send people across the street to make their own change.
