Stop and shop in Franklin used to be a nice store with nice employees. There are a lot of grocery stores in this area and I would rather happily chat with Ginny at Shaw’s (what a lovely lady) than get yelled at by Kathy at stop and shop when I try to utilize my $17.00 in rewards points (indicating more than $1700.00 spent). I’ll take my money up the street because stop and shop clearly doesn’t want to retain me as a customer and has a fraudulent rewards program that doesn’t actually allow you to use the points you earned.
