She just yells out “WHAT?! What’s the matter” I just stood there for a second baffled at her response. So unprofessional and upsetting. Since I was in a bit of a hurry I didn’t go look for a manager.

Update: went by today and its way worse than when I wrote this review a year ago. Now as soon as you get within 10 ft of the bathroom door the smell is urine is so strong it burns your nose. Its literally the worst bathroom ive ever smelled. They have air fresheners in the hallway leading up to the door but the bathroom itself should be condemned. Theres streaks of piss down the walls in the stalls
