    TERRIBLE every single time! Our order in made incorrectly repeatedly. They charge me for bacon on my cheeseburger and then don't give it to me. I ask for only ketchup and they give me lettuce and mustard. NEVER AGAIN.

    I would give a zero star if I can. I only order a drink and an ice cream. Number never showed up and the staff was so rude that they didn’t even want to talk to me even when they were literally facing me. This place is ridiculous!

    The in store service in this location is beyond awful....this took place twice in one visit had 3 meals then got dessert for the children. I had to ask to be waited on and had to wait 15 minutes while the employees argued about who was working the service counter. Finally able to place my order and had to wait over 15 minutes for 2 small oreo mcflurries while the person making them talked to every car that came through drive thru window they were her friends. I really need to think twice before going back to this location. This all happened on Sept. 1 the Sunday afternoon before Labor Day.

    Do yourself a favor and just go to Bellingham. I've never had a messed up order in Bellingham but the location in Franklin is by far the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to... They mess up the orders every time and they have the worst attitude.... I will never return to this location
