- SNSarah NigzusDec 7, 20251.0**Avoid this Dunkin at all possible costs.** My husband and I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through to just get two iced coffees at 12:30 in the afternoon. Once we got to the window you could tell there was no sense of urgency or care from any of the employees inside as the drive through piled up. Once we received the coffee it pretty much tasted like milk so not only did we waste over 20 minutes but $12 as well.

All focusing on drive thru no associates helping behind the counter to customers walking in and taking their orders and, during this time one employee slammed a drink down got asked my manager not to do that and walked out and quit yeah the owner better take lead on this establishment.
