Not only that, the teammate told me it would be another 30-45 minutes. I asked how this could be and why I could not have been called and I was told ‘if I have to call all customers when their orders are late then more orders will be late.’ So, I guess the solution to this team member is to not care about customer service. I was also told it wasn’t his fault a 40 pizza order came in ahead of me, but somehow this became my problem and I was not able to deliver the dinner I was responsible for to my family. The only solution from the team member was to cancel my order. I would have appreciated even an offer to remedy the situation by immediately starting my order, which would have taken less than 8 minutes to make. I would have waited that long, but a ‘maybe 30-45 minutes’ was not possible. It is sad to see such a lack of care for the customer. Perhaps the online order system needs to be addressed also, as this is now the second Dominos location I have had this issue in the last month!
