They truly try their best to understand what you want, and that effort really shows. I’ve come in around 8 PM when and the chairs are up but I completely understand because long days can be exhausting. Even then, the atmosphere is still comfortable, and there are tables in the back where you can sit and enjoy your food. One of the managers, Kim, is especially helpful. She is very patient and kind when training new employees and always helps them understand what customers want if they’re unsure. You can tell she really cares about both the team and the customers. I don’t understand all these rude reviews. Some of you guys want everything to be perfect and yet you’re not either. This world has becomes such a negative place.
