- JCJack CornellFeb 16, 20261.0I was there 15 minutes ago. I ordered the mixed cold cut sub. I had not ordered that before and assumed it was ham, salami and bologna with cheese. I saw it was 'turkey based' and didn't think anything of it. And I specifically asked if the ham was turkey based and confirmed that the ham was ham. I paid and left. When I went to eat it, all I saw was bologna. I drove back and showed him. Apparently the ham, salami and bologna are all ground into one loaf that looks like bologna. I told him it was not made clear. He gave me a refund but refused to serve me when I asked for a different sub. I believe it was a language barrier. While I have no issues with folks learning the language, don't be mad at me when you can't understand what the public is ordering. Forgot to take my tip back.

Then I asked to use the bathroom and the guy behind the counter said it was broken where do you go if you need to use it then if you’re working there? Also the guy behind the counter just throws the food on your sandwiches this place need to be shut down terrible place to eat!!
