I politely asked if the bagel could be lightly toasted because my toddler cannot safely eat very crunchy food. Andrea, responded in a dismissive and rude manner, insisting this could not be done and implying that adjusting the order would result in “raw” meat. When I explained that this was a child-safety concern, Andrea said, “What? You’re going to feed your 2-year-old a bagel stack?” The comment was judgmental and completely unnecessary. I asked to speak to a manager. A person names Carols said he is the manager. After hearing what happened, he simply did not say anything. When I asked what he plans to do to address the situation, he says he is actually not the manager. The real "manager" is not here today. Overall, there was a lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service. I understand that not all requests can be accommodated, but there is no excuse for rude or judgmental behavior, especially toward families with young children. After reading other reviews mentioning similar issues with dismissive and unprofessional staff interactions, especially with Andrea, this experience unfortunately seems part of a pattern. I've been a frequent customer and noticed Andrea argues and yells at a lot of customers on a regular basis, which is reflected in many reviews on Google. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
- EEEbJan 14, 20261.0Slow and lazy employees. Multiple times now my order was ready for 10 minutes in the app and then I get there and it’s not at the pick up counter. I’m watching the employees standing around yawning and staring at the wall and others walk as slow as humanly possible.
