  This is honestly the biggest joke of a McDonald's in the Framingham area there have been multiple times where we order through door dash and they turn there's off early for no reason at a way earlier hour then normal it's not okay nor is it acceptable to to people who work late we ordered at 11:15 and waited over an hour before they ended up canceling the order and this is not the first time this has happened either someone needs to look into this place has not gotten good reviews in years and I've lived in the area all my life

  Subject: Formal Complaint About Employee Misconduct Hello, I am writing to report a very serious and upsetting incident that happened at one of your locations. On March 19, 2026, at approximately 11:30 PM, I visited your restaurant located at 343 Cochituate Rd, Framingham, MA 01701. I placed an order, but when I noticed that it was incorrect, I politely informed the employee. Instead of helping me, the employee became extremely rude and disrespectful. During the interaction, I was verbally abused and called an offensive and inappropriate name (“puta”), which made me feel humiliated, disrespected, and unsafe. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I was very shocked that this happened in your establishment. No customer should ever be treated this way. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and investigated. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.   This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. If you can, go to any of the other three that are located within 3 miles of this one. You will ALWAYS get cold food at this McDonald's. It doesn't matter what time you go there either. You can go at peak lunch or dinner times and somehow the foods is always ice cold. Do not drive away without checking your food and tasting your drink. 50% of the time their soda fountain is out of syrup and the sodas taste terrible. If you ordered any sauce or condiment they are 100% not going to put it in the bag and you'll have to ask them for them. It's bad enough they charge you 25 cents for a sauce cup but then to not even put it in the bag is just total BS. The employees don't give a damn but the ownership doesn't either. It's really not that hard to make sure FAST food is hot. I regret it every time I stop at this location.

  This is what I was served last night around or before 9pm. Absolutely disgusting! Horrible! Both sandwiches were PINK. They had us waiting too for this?????? Unacceptable. To be served RAW FOOD?!?!?! Will definitely be hearing from me today because this is unacceptable.
