  i live between this mcds and the one on cochituate rd (slightly closer to the cochituate rd location) i now drive the extra 1 mile to come here. the cochituate rd location is by far the worst mcds i've ever been to in my entire 30 years of life and if you know, you TRULY know. it deserves to be shut down. this location is complete day and night. the drive thru is surprisingly quick and the food is ALWAYS hot. my order is NEVER wrong (can't say the same for the other location) also, every single employee i've ever interacted with is always smiling and friendly. (can't say the same for the misery that exists on cochituate rd) it's one thing i appreciate the most. people that actually seem to enjoy their job and take some pride in that. these women at the drive thru are always just happy and in a good mood and that's the energy i enjoy being around. this will now just be my go to location.

  Hair in burger and hair in ice cream. When I went back to tell them about it, they were very hostile and would only give me one smaller burger back. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I will not be returning
