The service before was much better and the food was much better this time it was absolutely horrific. I ordered ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese and found a long straight black hair on my burger it looked like a pubic hair . The burger looked like someone ran it over it was submerged in ketchup, it looked like horse meat or something it wasn't even cooked . I total the manager and they didn't act surprised. They gave me another double cheeseburger, which will just as bad which made me sick to my stomach. I called McDonald's corporation they did nothing and they were absolutely a joke and didn't take this seriously whatsoever and they didn't even document most of what I said the 1st time and came up with excuse after excuse why they couldn't call or a restaurant leader would call me.And they never did.In addition, they said they sent me coupons and they never did.So I guess Mcdonald's really doesn't care about the customers anymore. There a huge disappointment, who knows what you'll get in your food rhe next time you pissed them off . Very disappointing and my whole family was disgusted. I called twice what a nightmare...
