Literally, someone asked me for cash to get the coffee; otherwise, there would be no service. I went back and borrowed cash from my friend and returned to order the coffee. I waited for more than seven minutes, along with another customer who was there at the same time. The same person inside was playing on his phone and talking, completely unconcerned. When he finally came out, he told me he didn't have any coffee for me. It's worth noting that he knew exactly what he was doing, sticking his head out of the window when talking so the store's cameras wouldn't record him. He also told me, word for word, to leave a review, as he didn't care.

To go in and order it may take 5+ mins for any employee to even come to the counter. My online orders are wrong quite frequently maybe 1 in 5 times. Many of the workers don't speak English or another mutual language so it's not possible to correct the order some times

The only reason I go to it is because it's on my way to work, but I think this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the state. I'm not here to blame the workers cause nobody wants to work for 16 bucks an hour but that place truly is the worst one.
