The only reason I go to it is because it's on my way to work, but I think this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the state. I'm not here to blame the workers cause nobody wants to work for 16 bucks an hour but that place truly is the worst one.

Every time I bring it up to an employee they just fix it and move on. Not sure if it’s a language barrier or if they genuinely do not care but I’d rather not come here all then to have to struggle just to get my order correct. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, you will be disappointed

But, no we went to the first window and had ZERO clue what they were doing. I asked if I needed to stay at the first window and go to the next then without saying a word instead using hand gestures and she said to stay and then move to the next window. When we got to the next window a new woman came out and asked if we got 25 mixed munchkins. Even though we clearly asked for those specific munchkins. Then she disappeared and after a 5 minutes another woman finally came out and handed us the box and they gave us JELLY which we specifically did not ask for. After another 5 minutes they finally brought out the correct order. A normal Dunkin order should never take this long. Don’t come here.

I ordered 5 things asked for ketchup she gave me 1 single one. They were all rude. Everyone in the store was complaining. Half were sitting around. Place was busy and getting everyone’s order wrong.
