  Food quality good and clean place. Food portions were really small one of my family members was considerably smaller than the rest of our bowls and after we asked to put more on their bowl because the meat was smaller than mine she said no and that she did one scoop. Then proceeded to do smaller portions on the other things we added.

  this place is super bad don’t go at all all of these negative reviews are completely 100% true. Came here with my mother and was severely disappointed this place has all brazilian workers which if my brazilian people here know are super nicer usually and good with portion sizes . since this location is new like every other business they need to have good to AVERAGE portion sizes so they can build clientele before they can start lacking . No these portions are terribly small from the beginning. Especially with the staff super unmotivated to work i went there 11:00 am and everybody looked depressed with the worst energy and speaking so quietly there was no way i could hear anything they were saying. They were interactive at all with customers. The general manager mariana was the worst person to work with she had the rudest face on and when i went to pay she just had a dirty look on her face and when i asked for a bag she continued the dirty look very unprofessional i witnessed her giving dirty looks to her workers as well . if you hate environments with employees who don’t see like they don’t even wanna be alive don’t go to this chipotle go to the one in shoppers world please .

  I was so excited to see this place open up. I have been here now 5 times and each time something goes wrong. The staff is very nice but not trained and not customer oriented. They mistakenly charged me for twice for something. When I pointed it out they said sorry for the mistake but could not reimburse me and just gave me an extra. This was v annoying. It’s not about the money it’s about the principal. You nickel and dime people for add ons and then can’t even reimburse them when you make a mistake… have never heard of that. The lettuce is always half old and going bad. One time the guacamole was brown — when I asked if they had fresher guacamole they just looked at me and shrugged. The individual workers aren’t the issue it’s the training and management. I won’t be returning.

  Maybe the bad reviews is from when they first opened. But I've been to this Chipotle two times within the past week recently and all I can say is it is wonderful! The staff was super friendly and the portions are amazing. I placed a takeout pickup order the first time coming here and had to open the bag to see if they skimped on the portions, like some of the other reviews said. Nope! I was full to the top and looked super fresh, that I had to turn around and grab another bowl since only my family members got one each but not me. Went back again two days later and got the same friendly service and wonderful fresh options. Thank you! Now I have a closer chipotle to go to now. Love it! (Sorry the pic is from after I already started digging in. Was a lot prettier when I first opened it.)

  Food is bad and salty and the service they are very rude and not professional also the restaurant is not clean, also they are not honest when they see kids they. Don’t recommend to go there anytime. Smiling bad. Me and my family we went there because they said they will donate 50% from the invoice to the school and when we went to process the payment they said we don’t know how to do it and they system not working. And when we ask for the store manager they say to us that she left.
