  I work at a hotel close by this location and had the pleasure of dining in at this location. The difference is the waiter. His name is Scott and he is clearly a true professional. He handled our order with ease making recommendations and ensuring that he served us each a piece of pizza before leaving us to our meal. I was with some visitors from India and they remarked on Scott's effortless hospitality and proficiency. The pizza was delicious but the service was the topping on the pie. I recommend asking for Scott if you ever have occasion to dine there. He will make it much better and more memorable for you. Clearly a seasoned quality pro...a rare find!!!

  Sat down ordered immediately, waited 20minutes for water and a soft drink. another 30 on top of that for a total on 50 on food. Pizza was sitting on the counter but the manager wouldn't let the server help out and told him to go focus on his tables. therefore the pizza sat there for 20 and when she finally decided to cut it and get it to us it was cold. Meatball appetizer was nothing like the picture. Just 3 meatballs in a tiny bowl no garnishment like the picture no artisan flatbread ricotta nothing. Just 3 meatballs and sauce in a bowl for and they still charged full price when its missing half the items thats supposed to be in it. Our servers name was not Scott, but read the reviews to come here and hindsight. They all mention Scott, TLDR unless you get Scott as your server be prepared to wait an hour for (cold) pizza and meatball app with none of the toppings they say you get.

  Magic exists! Doesn’t matter what time of the year, what time of the day, magically Scott is our server every visit and this man is the service champion. He works fast, very polite and makes us feel welcomed. Food comes quick and so delicious, big shout out for Bertucci’s Framingham

  I’m here on 2/28 at 7pm we waited 25 min to be seated and multiple people walked out, it took forever to get our drinks the waiter forgot our drinks and came back to id us twice and still took another 20 minutes. Im currently still waiting for my drinks and just thought I would leave this review. The management wide lady in the pink shirt was horrible attitude and service. I would highly not recommend this place.

  I took my family to Bertucci's tonight for dinner. We ordered 2 chicken piccata's, a chicken bruschetta, a large cheese pizza and a bunch of side salads. The pizza was great and the side salads were good, but the chicken on all of our dishes was pink, and one dish almost totally raw. Our server was great and when we showed him the chicken he did a great job trying to rectify the situation. We are pretty easy going and all come from the food industry, so we didn't really care to wait for new dishes. But Bertucci's in Framingham has an open kitchen, so when our server went to tell the manager, or whoever she was I am assuming she was a shift supervisor or manager because she had on a different uniform, we could hear her say she didn't see any pink and then called to the kitchen to make our new orders well done. We still didn't really care, we didn't want well done dishes, just normally done... but she continued to look over and smirk at our table and make faces which made us really uncomfortable. Then we went to the bathroom while waiting and she was in there on the phone with somebody talking badly about our table! The sad part for me is, i used to be a manager for multiple Bertucci's locations and really loved the brand. No manager ever came over and checked on us or apologize. We ended up canceling our meal and leaving because she made us all feel so weird and then she stared and smirked as we left too. I wish I could remember our servers name because he really was great.
