I would highly recommend this restaurant for the astounding service alone, but I feel I must extend my complements to the chef. The Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious.

The food was great as always but it was the service that has me writing my first Google review. SCOTT was our server and from start to finish he was absolutely excellent. He was expeditious in his service, kind, and came back to the table numerous times. The restaraunt was very busy and it appeared they were also short staffed but we were never neglected or left waiting and Scott made us feel very special. It is people like him who will have us coming back again and again.

We were served by a gentleman named Scott that not only served us, but brought guests to tables, assisted kitchen staff and floor staff, and bussed tables himself. Truly a gentleman serving his community. The service was very family oriented and kind. The entire wait staff took time to speak with guests and ensure everything was met with perfection. The food arrived fresh, hot, and delicious. There was barely a wait time for my soup, our salads, main meal, and we even ordered a pizza to go that took less than 8 minutes to arrive to our table. The Italian sausage soup still tastes the same as it did 4 years ago! I’m so glad to taste that the recipe hasn’t changed on something so warming to my heart. I ordered the baked chicken tortellini dish and it was creamy, warm, flavorful, and baked to perfection. I’m looking forward to returning again soon to enjoy the memories of Bertucci’s hopefully under the care of Scott once more.

Our grandchildren were with us and the crayons and activity sheets, were a nice diversion that kept them busy while we were able to have conversation with our son and daughter-in-law. The service, especially, and the food was excellent and Scott, our server, was very considerate and attentive to our every need. Much appreciation!!
