  My wife and I were looking for something quick. When we arrived we were greeted by Scott who was extremely welcoming. We were quickly seated and Scott brought over bread and our drinks. He was friendly, attentive, and checked in us multiple times. He made a few suggestions for what yo.order that did not disappoint. We will definitely be back and ask for Scott. Highly recommend.

  Very good stop by for lunch! Visited today and service was excellent; not too busy or loud around 2-3 on Friday, fresh and hot food, and timely service. Scott is great and very attentive; he definitely contributed to the overall quality of service, and brought food out pretty quick while also asking if we needed anything else. Recommend! PS: Check their website menu for things like appetizers such as the meatballs, as the menu handed out is condensed and may not feature everything such as roasted Tuscan vegetables. TLDR: great service, good food, and Scott is very attentive

  Overall excellent experience and great value! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. The meatballs and tuscan roasted vegetables are great appetizers - highly recommend the ultimate Bertucci if you want a variety of meats! A special shoutout to our waiter Scott, who provided outstanding service throughout our meal. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

  My family and I visited the Bertucci’s in Framingham on Christmas Day and we were very disappointed with our overall experience. We were seated right away and a waiter did come over to the table to introduce himself. My family and I ordered drinks, a couple of appetizers, and two pizzas. The rolls that are typically served upon entry were very delayed, along with the appetizers we ordered. The waiter did not initially visit our table that often and we ended up sitting for a while before he came back to our table. We asked about the appetizers when he walked by, and he brought them over a few minutes later. The appetizers were cold and felt as though they had been sitting (we ordered wings, and the sampler that has meatballs and the mozzarella sticks (the waiter also forgot to refill our drinks and to bring additional rolls after we’d asked). We ended up sitting for almost 90 minutes before our pizzas came out. Our waiter had kept saying “they’ll be ready in 5 minutes” for the past 45 minutes. He brought out the first pizza and it was completely burned (the crust was black). The pizza was also not a circle, it was almost shaped like a half moon oval kind of shape. We told the waiter that we were no longer interested in the pizza and asked for the check. The waiter initially told us that we didn’t have to pay and that it was a disaster in the kitchen (he apologized several times). We ended up paying for the food that we had eaten and tipped him for his service as we didn’t feel like our bad experience was completely his fault. It looked as though the kitchen decided to prioritize online orders over the customers in the restaurant as their to go line was very long. We have had wonderful experiences at this location in the past, but it just felt like the team there didn’t care, and it was a shame, especially on Christmas. It’s an honest toss up if we’ll ever go there again, especially with several other pizza (and restaurant) options available.

  A Perfect Post-Shopping Treat in Natick! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I stopped by Bertucci’s in Natick after a long day of shopping at the mall nearby, and we were honestly pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was. The highlight for us was the open kitchen. It was a lot of fun to watch the chefs hand-crafting the pizzas and sliding them into the brick oven while we waited for our meal—it adds a really nice, authentic energy to the atmosphere. The Food: Everything we ordered was spot on: Chicken Wings: Perfectly cooked and a great way to start the meal. Margherita Pizza: You can tell they use fresh ingredients; the crust had that perfect brick-oven char. Meatball Spaghetti: Hearty, delicious, and exactly the kind of comfort food we were craving. The service was excellent—attentive without being overbearing. It’s a fantastic spot if you want quality Italian food and a relaxing environment after navigating the mall crowds. We will definitely be back!
