  Friday, February 6 At 8:50 PM, the door was locked, so I went to the drive-thru window to order coffee. Literally, someone asked me for cash to get the coffee; otherwise, there would be no service. I went back and borrowed cash from my friend and returned to order the coffee. I waited for more than seven minutes, along with another customer who was there at the same time. The same person inside was playing on his phone and talking, completely unconcerned. When he finally came out, he told me he didn't have any coffee for me. It's worth noting that he knew exactly what he was doing, sticking his head out of the window when talking so the store's cameras wouldn't record him. He also told me, word for word, to leave a review, as he didn't care.

  Slowest Dunkin donut ever, there are often several car backed up in the drivethru for long periods even off peak. To go in and order it may take 5+ mins for any employee to even come to the counter. My online orders are wrong quite frequently maybe 1 in 5 times. Many of the workers don't speak English or another mutual language so it's not possible to correct the order some times
