- DBdave busterMar 4, 20261.0I went in to get coffee using the drive Through. Tried to order a decaf coffee with sugar free. But the person taking the order couldn't understand what Equal or Sugarfree meant. When I got up to the window, the tall man working the window asked me for my card and I obliged. I asked for sugarfree again, and the person was very rude and said I should " SAY EQUAL, WHEN YOU WANT EQUAL " . They didn't understand it when I said it before and I didn't appreciate the rude tone of the person serving coffee. If you are in the customer service business, treat your customers with respect. That being said, they wont get my business anymore and I will mention about my experience in my circle.

Asked for a chocolate one instead, the guy at the window gave me a vanilla one with frosting down inside paper bag. No courtesy while speaking to a customer either. Person at the drive through either too smart for the job or the opposite, which is more likely. Hire people who would care

I was sitting at the drive thru mic for 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon when there was only 1 other car I. The drive thru and from what I could see no customers inside. After 5 minutes someone said something as I was looking up directions to another location but what I responded I was again met with silent.
