- NANick Amaral3 days ago5.0I’ve said it 100 times and I’ll say it again. This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the world I swear to God. Every time I come here, it is absolutely perfect. From the drive through screen all the way to the window. Today I went at about 12:40 and the dude there that kindly took my order/got my food ready for me made a perfect bacon, egg and cheese with perfect bacon distribution lol. It was perfectly toasted. I was so hungry and this place got me! Seriously, though I go to Many other Dunkin’ Donuts locations across Massachusetts as I’m a commercial driver, but nothing beats the one at home. You guys are the best thankyou for always such a pleasant experience !

It was like the person wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying. Then, drive up to receive my order and a young girl asked me if I ordered donuts. I replied "I ordered a donut". Then she proceeded to walk away. When she came back to the window she asked me " WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR ". I mean really, I'm waiting for my order. Then she starts sorting through a huge pile of receipts, I assume looking for my order, and when I start to tell her my order she rudely said "I'm not talking to you!" But she literally was talking to me. An employee who was behind her told her to just "walk away". Not to apologize to me or try fixing the porblem at all. Just to walk away. Then her and the other employee started talking about a group of employees who were hanging outside. Still not making or finding my order. So at that point I decided to just leave which I never ever do. I felt it was called for though as the situation only seemed to be getting worse.
