  Very bad experience today not as usual from this branck .. i got hash browns was not fresh and taste ugly.. the cappuccino milk wasn’t in the fridge given me diarrhea and abdominal pain !!

  The line moves fast, and my order has always been correct but I hate how they don’t toast the bagel if you get a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. It makes the whole sandwich go cold really fast and dunkin bagels are just not good enough for that.

  I have NEVER been treated so rudely by anyone until today. Drive thru, trying to place my order had to repeat myself with each item. It was like the person wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying. Then, drive up to receive my order and a young girl asked me if I ordered donuts. I replied "I ordered a donut". Then she proceeded to walk away. When she came back to the window she asked me " WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR ". I mean really, I'm waiting for my order. Then she starts sorting through a huge pile of receipts, I assume looking for my order, and when I start to tell her my order she rudely said "I'm not talking to you!" But she literally was talking to me. An employee who was behind her told her to just "walk away". Not to apologize to me or try fixing the porblem at all. Just to walk away. Then her and the other employee started talking about a group of employees who were hanging outside. Still not making or finding my order. So at that point I decided to just leave which I never ever do. I felt it was called for though as the situation only seemed to be getting worse.

  The manager in there today was extremely rude when talking to the other employees and was treating them like children and not adults in front of customers. The staff was extremely quick and very friendly to me but the woman manager who was wearing a lime green shirt was being VERY unnecessarily bitchy for no reason while I was waiting, very sad to see that she can't talk to her staff with the littlest bit of respect. This is Dunkin, there is no reason to talk to people like that.
