I always have my drink made perfectly and this morning I forgot to order my latte with almond milk so I went back to ask if I could have my drink made again and the woman in the drive thru window was so uncommonly kind and she gave me a free donut even though it was totally my fault that I didn’t order my drink right. I was also having a really tough morning so the gesture lifted my spirits. These people just don’t get enough credit.
