Always running out of bagels , croissants, staff in morning are great!!! Oh ya, put some sesame seeds on your sesame bagels.... Unless it's the morning, the afternoon staff just ignores you.... Disappointed to say the least.... Going to start going to dippn donuts!

- MSMinnatullah SabrySep 15, 20251.0genuinely so rude. i was handed an iced chai latte with oat milk and after tasting it in the drive thru i waited to ask someone to add more chai because it tasted like straight up milk and nothing else (there was also literally no cars behind me so i wasn’t holding up anyone) and an employee that i see there everyday came to the window and said “have a good day” as if to tell me to leave like not even asking what i waited for. and then i asked for more syrup she said “we already put chai in it” like i asked for more hello?? is the chai coming out of ur own pocket like what is her problem everytime i see her she has the rudest face like genuinely ew she needs a vacation poor girl i feel bad for her if anything

It wasn’t until we walked inside and interrupted her talking about us instead that they “suddenly got the order”. If they need more staff or a different job they should call their boss not take it out on their customers.
