The previous time, I ordered two sweet pepper bacon sandwiches, one for me, one for my friend. We get on the highway and realize we both got just plain sausage sandwiches (which I can't stand, but we ate them). I called a few days later to complain but they said they won't fix my order unless I call same day. The very last time I went through the drive thru, the woman at the window handed me my hot coffee in a cup that was partially crushed on one side, and the lid was lined up with the crushed part. I didn't think anything of it until the coffee poured down the side of the cup and almost got all over my clothes. Mind you, I was on my way to a job interview, so I wasn't very happy. I called to complain. The girl asked me why I didn't notice the cup was crushed before I started drinking out of it 🤦♀️ Girl, you guys have one job. I told her please tell the other employees just don't give customers drinks in cups that are crushed or people will get coffee on themselves.🤪🙄

- JMJen MelchioneJun 5, 20251.0Extra charge for everything cream, sugar, etc. $30 for a $3 dollar coffee? there is one 6 mins away from the resort go there. When I left to go to the other dunks, the same people were still waiting in line when I got back. It’s quite pathetic.
