When I got to the window I was given 2 with lemonade. Didnt notice till I was pulling out of the parking lot. So we turned around and asked if they could fix it. They didn’t want the drink back, they made another one and handed it to me. This time I made sure to check before I took off… nope still wrong, the gave me the same drink. So I said forget it and went to another dunkins and they were able to fix it. Second occurrence we were driving by and figured to stop by and give them another shot. We order 3 large mango pineapple refreshers this time. 2 with lemonade and 1 with green tea. I should’ve known better. But I paid, we got the drinks and I pulled out. As I’m down the street. Everyone is saying theirs is made with green tea. So I try them and yup, all 3 were green tea. So I turn around, get to the speaker and tell them the issue. They tell me they don’t have lemonade mix. (So why didn’t you say that before you made the sale, I would’ve gladly gone somewhere else). So I ask for a refund and they say “unfortunately I need management to be here for me to be able to do that”… I was not happy, I ordered 3 drinks and got to enjoy 1.. so once again, we went somewhere else and they were able to fix the drinks no charge… MORAL OF STORY… do not go here and expect the correct drink. I will no longer be giving my hard earned money to this location.
