Ok. If this is the Fitchburg place. It’s very different from a normal Dairy Queen. The one of west Boylston is a 5 star but the one in Fitchburg. Why do you have windows blocking interactions, the look and feel is very discomforting

Horrible service paid and asked for extra toppings and this is what we got I also had to ask for my extra toppings that I paid for because she didn’t put it on the first time and then after asking for extra this is what she puts on I won’t be going back what a joke charging extra money for this is rediculous th

Always mediocre but tonight was awful. The employee asked what I wanted twice and then put nothing in my blizzard… also it was more than half melted. I know I shouldn’t expect much, but it’s a bummer to throw away over 20 dollars plus tip.
