  Called at 4 said to wait 15-17 minutes 45 minutes later my food isn’t out and no worker to bean to.

  Went on a Wednesday around 5:30. Wasn’t particularly busy at all, but we waited about 10 minutes before someone even came over to seat us. Once we were seated, we gave our order for drinks with no issue, waited a minute to review the menu. Once we ordered our food, it took about 45 minutes to receive said food. 4 adults and two older children. One adult got the chicken parm, one adult got the steak and cheese, one adult got 10 wings, one adult got chicken sandwich. One child got mozzarella moons and the other got boneless wings. While the food had good flavor, I don’t think 45 minutes was warranted. When the food was brought to the table, all the rolls were rock hard, like they had been sitting under the warming light for 30 minutes. Then mozzarella moons didn’t come out everyone’s food, I had to ask TWICE where they were. That took about 10 minutes to come back out. Overall the flavors were there, but service was extremely lackluster. It was my first time to a Buffalo Wild Wings, and it will also be my last.

  I ordered takeout. It took almost an hour for my food to be ready. When I got home to eat, I realized they completely messed up my whole order and some of my items were missing. If you order takeout from this place, please make sure you check your food before you drive away.

  Great burgers. Not a wing guy. But my 18 year old grandson does. It was his 18th birthday. Where he chose to go.
