  I placed an online order for pickup and still ended up waiting 30 minutes at the restaurant. What’s worse, it clearly looked like my order was forgotten even after I reminded the staff multiple times. That’s unacceptable. If I’m going to wait half an hour anyway, what’s the point of ordering online? I could’ve just ordered in person and saved myself the frustration. The staff showed zero urgency or accountability. No apology, no explanation just a careless attitude like this is normal. It’s not. This kind of service is exactly how you lose customers. This happened on April 26 around midday. I won’t be coming back.

  I went into this location to use my "sign up for the rewards program promotion" for a free burger. After being told it doesn't work, a manager asked to look at the promo. I handed her my phone to which she made up a date and said it expired then. And gave me attitude when I walked away. Below is a screen shot of the free burger promo. The waiter Xavi was very friendly no qualms with the waitstaff just management who do not know how to honor company wide promotions

  I've been going here since they had TVs above the urinals 😆. Usually go here for lunch when in the area and the last couple of years have been great. The manager Meg runs the nicest bdubs I've been to by far. The place is always spotless and the service excellent when she is there.

  Came in late night for a bite to eat. The smash burgers were delicious! The service was prompt and simple but efficient. However, the receipt, at the bottom, included a suggested tip amount as you see in many restaurants for 18%, 20%, and 22%. However, and it is noted, these tip values are based on the price pre-tax. Doing it like this disadvantages your servers. This was a sour ending to your wonderful meal. Managers, do better for your wait staff!
