  Decided to go to McDonald’s with my friend today, I pre ordered my food as it is always easier to get it faster especially with a rush coming at lunch time. I walked in and was completed ignored. I continue to stand patiently for about 8-10 minutes, with no one welcoming me or asking if I needed something. I noticed my food propped behind counter. So after 10 minutes I decided to grab it. The customer service was poor, it isn’t hard to say hey how can I help. The manager I believe it was came out and tried her best to manage the room full of people. Overall the other staff lacks customer service skills. The girl with the Red shirt during this time (04/03/2026 12:25 PM) has a just idc image. I didn’t feel acknowledged as a customer. The soda dispensers which advertise free refills, do not even work. The least you could do is take those signs off and say, off. The food was good though, but customer service poor. Manager was enthusiastic and great personality skills but her crew not so much.

  WISH THERE WAS A 0 STAR RATING! SERVICE IS ALWAYS TERRIBLE. THEY RUSH YOU SO HARD JUST TO GET YOUR ORDER WRONG! THERE RUDE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $$ AND GET YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY WRONG! HAPPENS ALL THE TIME! HORRIBLE PLACE PERIOD!

  Every time I come to McDonald’s there’s an issue , either my order is wrong or the food is cold etc. today I ordered food on the app spent almost $20 for them to say they didnt have my order , I asked if they could look into their system to see if they could figure out what went wrong and I basically just got ignored. After disputing with them for almost an hour I was told there was nothing they could do for me so not only did I not get my food but I got charged $20 for food I didn’t receive. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this location by any means possible because I promise you’ll be disappointed every e.

  All I wanted was a Cheeseburger 🍔 No Mustard/Onions with Extra Pickles & a Large French Fries 🍟 it literally took about 20 to 25 minutes to get my food. The manager that was there was more worried about some machine instead of putting customers first unfortunately

  The manager that’s bald and white, and skinny, threatened to call the cops on me because they messed up my food 3 TIMES, BACK TO BACK TO BACK, you can’t make this up fall river people, all i wanted was my tenders. like literally. closed the drive threw window on my face and made me wait 20 minutes plus, never in my LIFE i’ve argued with a man twice my age, unbelievable. Do better, and don’t worry i’ll be contacting the owner of that mcdonald’s since it’s privately owned, hate to be a karen but today i am one, this all happened 3/8/2026 around 11:30 ish. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING, because that’s what they are worth.
