  Absolutely the worst McDonalds in Fall River, you order online and go thru and then they make you park and wait, it’s not fast food if I have to wait 15 mins outside for my food, plus they never make the food right, you ask for extra pickle and it never added to the burger. Lesson if finally learned I’ll go BK for now or drive to the further McDonalds

  The manager on 3/4/26 at 6pm shouldn't be working for customer service she was rude and when I asked for a paper bag with a handle remind you I get one everytime I order over $40 of food for my 4 kids and walking home remind you. She tells me no I dont want to give you a back smirking says its for door dash. I told her I was walking and that what if my bags rip she laughed and said I dont want to and not giving you a bag. Well guess what I hope the owners make her pay cuz 3 out of 5 bags rips fell on the way home so only 1 out of 4 kids ate. I want a refund
