I get a cookie tote each time I order delivery and it NEVER COMES. They almost never give you the sauce for the nuggets and no matter how many drinks you order they never give you any straws. I started calling to ask a manager to make sure all the items make it into the bag & still end up missing things.

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to include the sauce :( I get not liking your job but think about all the people who don’t like their job either but are spending their hard earned money on food!!! I bring it back in the Manager is telling me oh no this is not our sticker the sticker literally says and I didn’t even look at it you know sometimes we just take our food and go thinking we’re getting fresh or at least decent food for the amount that we pay, it says enjoy by 2:50pm. I just got the McDonald’s about 20 minutes ago. The manager is very disappointing and she is sad the sticker that’s on there is old and she was embarrassed and instead of getting me a new one she said we can’t help you. I will never go there again or even spend a dollar over there she shouldn’t even be managing McDonald’s if you can’t even have great customer satisfaction!!!
