Count your days Wendy’s….. You have the audacity to charge me 50 cents for a single BBQ sauce for my fries. Imagine the feeling I had opening my Wendy’s bag after driving all the way home only to find not BBQ? But Honey Mustard… HONEY MUSTARD!

I had a mobile order, but since I couldn’t use the AI ordering, I had to wait about four minutes for an employee to take my order. I wasn’t sure if I’d removed the mustard from my burger, so I said I had a question, but they just told me to pull up. After waiting even longer at the window, they handed me my food without ever addressing my question. My Frosty was already melted and missing the toppings, the fries were cold, and my burger was missing half its standard toppings. The employee was nice, but this location is always slow and constantly messes up my order, and it didn’t feel worth waiting another 5–10 minutes to have it remade

Absolutely slowest drive thru in the area. After waiting half an hour, you get burnt nuggets and soggy fries. It says they close at 2 but don't bother going after Midnight. They'll either refuse you entirely or tell you you need a doordash order for some reason. Not worth the hassle so I just end up at Taco bell

This is the worst wendys ever. Ordered over 60$ of food on DoorDash and they gave us all plain burgers (all junior bacon cheeseburgers), and no sauce. Very disappointing and a waste of my hard earned money. They also did not answer their phone when called. Do not order from this location. This seems to be a common problem. I cried due to the disappointment. I want my money back so I can spend it somewhere I will the food I wanted.

this is the absolute worst fast food place i’ve ever encountered. go to any other wendy’s, or anywhere else completely.
the first time, i waited inside for over 30 minutes for three empty drink cups. they were serving every doordash and mobile order before me, despite my order being small, and me ordering before some of these people. i walked out livid.
then, the last few times we’ve doordashed, the order has been completely wrong. it’s like they close their eyes and make whatever they want, and throw it into the bag.
today, we ordered specifically from the other fall river location to avoid this. the order got sent to this location, and we can’t cancel it. great. so we give it another shot, and they screwed it up, again. we ordered two biggie bags, one jbc and one chicken sandwich. we got a plain cheeseburger and two plain burgers. who on earth wants PLAIN burgers?? not a piece of bacon or chicken in sight. also no sauces for the nuggets.
then doordash gives us a hard time cuz they “weighed the bag”. faulty system. thankfully we were able to bypass that and get a refund.
i don’t want to be rude to the employees, but they clearly don’t pay attention or care much about the work they do. inside, management lets people scramble around or sit on their butts. a bit ridiculous.
