My order arrived missing several items, including all sauces and the pinto beans that were part of my meal. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, I was told that the problem was DoorDash’s responsibility. This response was frustrating, as Taco Bell prepared the order, and the missing items should have been verified before it was handed off for delivery. Regardless of the delivery service used, customers expect Taco Bell to ensure their orders are accurate and complete. Being redirected without any attempt to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I highly recommend that you don't order via delivery from this place.

We also asked at the 30 minute mark where our food was and they said they were "getting started on it" This is UNACCEPTABLE for a FAST food place. The workers there suck and should heavily rethink their job choices. Not only did my food take forever. But my bean and beef burrito was ALL refried beans. Genuinely fire the whole team and rehire because how dumb do you have to be to take a hour on a taco bell order.
