This response was frustrating, as Taco Bell prepared the order, and the missing items should have been verified before it was handed off for delivery. Regardless of the delivery service used, customers expect Taco Bell to ensure their orders are accurate and complete. Being redirected without any attempt to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I highly recommend that you don't order via delivery from this place.
