  We love the women who work here, and I want to make it clear that we have no complaints about them. Something happened about a week ago, though, that I have to address, and I have no idea how else to do it other than through a review. The biggest problem i have with this Subway is the owner. I do not know what person in their right mind has people working alone by themselves with no other co-workers in a restaurant at night? Especially in this part of the city. Don't get me started on how unsafe it is for your employees to be alone just due to crime alone- but what happens if somebody falls or an accident happens, and a customer doesn't come in and that worker is on the ground by themselves, until some one finds them? I know there's "cameras" in the restaurant, but we all know that's B.S. unless somebody is sitting in front of them watching them 24/7 which we all know isnt happening. There's no way that an emergency would be addressed timely. Last week my husband went in to place an order while I sat outside in the car. At least two customers went in and came out while he was in there so I thought everything was fine. Until I got a text message from my husband saying no one was working in the restaurant. I asked him what he meant, and he said, 2 customers have come in and just taken orders right off of the rack but there's no employee here, overseeing anything or able to take my order. I asked if it looked like the restaurant was disturbed- like it was robbed or any signs of distress or signs ofnyone being hurt? He said he wasnt sure he was in front of the counter. I told him to stay put and not to start walking around the restaurant without somebody else in there with him. I left my vehicle, and I went inside and we were screaming hello with no response for quite some time. We then got concerned and were afraid that some one was injured or robbed. So he stayed in the front while I went behind the counter and also into the kitchen area to see if anyone was on the floor or injured. We couldn't find anyone. Im screaming, hello, the whole time i'm doing this. We finally got to a point where we said we're going to call the police. And right before my husband dialed 911, a young gentleman comes in from the back and we were like, hello, are you open? Are you working? And he says, yeah, I'm on break.I said, you didn't even lock the front door? you didn't put a sign on the door. you have nobody else here to tell your customers that you're on break and your register is dinging like crazy. You have customers walking in and out. What is wrong with you?We almost called the cops and he goes..."yeah, it's just me.You don't want to do that." Then, after all that he didn't even have the items in stock that we were going to order so we left What is the world coming to? How are you operating a business like this?And who the heck are you hiring?!?!?!?!?

  I can deal with orders being made wrong, because mistakes happen, but when its frequently and nobody answers any of the associated phone numbers on the receipt, on store information, given by staff at other associated locations, or returns calls, or the 1 to 3 hour promised response when you report it electronically. The only response I ever get is "your case has been closed". It sucks when everyone loves Subway, and certain locations aren't a choice for delivery or to send someone to pickup! When sandwiches are @ $15/ea for a footlong, and you order 7 sandwiches and all are incorrect, it's even more frustrating than 1 or 2, or when someone has a food allergy so they can't just wipe or remove a wrong thing away!! As a restraunt manager at a franchise location, I cannot understand this. It's almost like they don't care about customers and just depend on orders keep coming in because of the brand name, and what I said above about location/delivery etc.

  Music very loud at doorway entrance. But I entered anyway, speaker over door and was not as loud at the counter
