He saw that I was struggling with the Shaw's app and so very kindly took my phone ( after nicely asking me "may I?" I happily took him up on his offer and he made sure that all the "clipped" items I bought were indeed "clipped." He also taught me how to better use the app "in the future. " From now on, I will always look for Ben's line even if it means I have to wait a little longer. Thank you, Ben for all of your kind, helpful, friendly assistance this morning.
