Went there sunday night this october 12 on a dead night. I dont get how something as simple as two meals was that much of a hassle for your employees to perform. Ordered with a coffee and was craving your awesome fries you are known for and all the fries are cold and unsalted . The coffee was old stale and not hot. Im afraid to even eat my sandwich because ill probably get e coli or something. Very sad you keep workers like this around. They also look miserable to even be there like they are POWs or something. Its giving your franchise a bad rep. If have the receipt i definitely want someone to contact me to resolve the situation.

I ordered Filet-o-fish and apparently they have a worker that thinks they’re funny. Instead of putting tartar sauce, they decide to put ranch? If they can’t take their customers seriously, then I’ll gladly go to a different location. Proceed with caution when ordering at night from here because you might end up with an unpleasant surprise. Unfortunately it’s not the first time that this McDonald’s has done this but I kept giving them a chance and this is the last time I do. Maybe supervisors need to pay more attention to how their employees are making the food

i ordered on the mobile app for i store pick up. lobby was closed, i had to walk back to my house and have my grandma give me a ride. i then waited in a long line and received my food cold and wrong. i asked for no ranch sauce on my snack wrap and low and behold they put extra ranch on it. i had to use a napkin to try and get as much out as i could and it was still way too much. by far the worst mcdonald’s in the city.

I didn’t complete my order due to the Ruddddeeeee staff. Your employees choose to work at McDonald’s let me remind them, I’m sorry I ruined your day by ordering a coffee at your place of employment and interrupting your conversation, Get it together! An attitude is the last thing most people need these days.
I have worked in fast food and I’m pissed. 😡
