    Order from them today me and my wife, and now a few hours later we are both throwing up and popping out the other end like crazy. I would hate to say food poisoning but definitely not okay!

    I promise you this is the worst McDonald’s in Fall River. They mess up the order and forget stuff wvery single time. Tonight was my last straw though. They were super slow so to orders in the driver through(only 3 cars in mind you). They had me pull up past the window to get my food. My mistake for not checking it until I got home. Noticed they didn’t give me my 10 piece nuggets. This is my child’s food so I rush back and get the nuggets along with an attitude from a manager. Mind you the manager made eye contact with me from the back twice, a second manager walked past me at the front and I still waiting for help for 10 minutes. Only one in line, no cars in drive through that I saw so no line. I leave and get home just to find out my delux wuarter pounder was completely plain. I called and told them the issue and I just got home from going there a second time. The manager said he could get me a refund and I asked if I could just go do that tomorrow. He told me yes but I needed TO BRING THE QUARTER POUNDER BACK FOR THE REFUND. I told him absolutely not because I’m not going back a third time. This would be AN HOUR out of my time at that point for FAST FOOD. I told him I would try to call and speak to the owner instead. I asked him for the owner or head supervisors name for when I call tomorrow and he hung up on me. Absolute terrible service. Can’t expect much from McDonald’s as it is but this is a new low. I will never come back to this one

    The food is regular for a mcdonald's. literally what you expect. but service ? management? nah.. get new mangers. micheal the manager really rude. my freind and i went in, ordered food and i received my food in less then 5 min but my friend had to wait a good 15. it was a bit busy so we cut them slack and the workers all are young and he's yelling slamming things around at these probably minors or just freshly 18-19. so now the order got called out and my freind was outside taking a call when i hear micheal calling her order out, i go to grab it and he proceeded to say "your not _____" i said no i am not but can take her order and he said " well who's ____ then?" my freind walked in and i said this is her. he then said "im just confused i been calling it out for 5 min" with an attitude. so we said "we're sorry its loud we didn't hear but you don't need to give us attitude" and he the wanted to argue more saying "then don't come back" ok and we won't..! your how old arguing with two kids at MCDONALDS?!! i know the paycheck ain't that good. get micheal out of here. very immature, unprofessional and rude. those poor workers give em a raise.

    I ordered online, and when I got to the drive-thru, they told me to pull over and they would bring it out to me. TWENTY FIVE minutes later, they finally bring it out…without the sauce. I go in there to get the sauces and I see other people who had been waiting upwards of 30 minutes for their order, one of which was just a large fry. The manager (a guy in a blue shirt, I assume he was the manager, at least) eventually showed up and started barking at the guests and acting as if they were an annoyance for waiting for their orders. I’ve never seen such a restaurant with this much disorganization before. Needless to say, I will not be back. Go to Canning Boulevard instead, people of South Fall River. I’ve never had a problem with that one!
