The drive-thru is horrible! they have two lines & never answer the other line. while proceeding to take others then get mad at you for yelling at them for ignoring you. This happened three times in the past 2 months. Next time I'm going around to the other line and I'm going to put in such a major order and then I'm going to drive away. Once again that's your fault!! Remember that.. PS and always check your food they always mess it up! Then get mad at you when you complain 🙌

Worst McDonald's! I try my hardest to avoid this place. Food is always cold, always-always made wrong, they do not accommodate special requests, and the staff is the rudest I've ever met! I only go here when I'm running late or can't get to my preferred spot. This McDonald's consistently disappoints. I ordered a well done hash brown, it was cold and soggy. I ordered a bacon bagel which is suppose to come with 2 slices of cheese, and a special sauce; this came with 1 slice of cheese, no sauce, the bagel raw/ not toasted, and half the egg that looked like it had been ripped apart. They didn't even get the drink right, and when I asked for it be fixed, the woman rolled her eyes... All of the above regular occurrences. This last experience is going to be my LAST time here!

I've tried multiple times to file a complaint but you website might have a AI feature that scrubs complaint in your section labeled as "contact us". So I'll leave my complaint here.
On December 9th at approximately 3:25 p.m., I visited your establishment with my daughter. At that time, the temperature was below freezing, and several students were outside hoping to purchase food and have a warm place to eat.
I am unsure whether this policy is directed by the store manager, the franchise owner, or corporate leadership, but I want to formally express my concern regarding the practice of denying entry to these students. If they are paying customers, it is unfair that they are refused service based solely on their age.
The situation is particularly troubling because, despite being denied entry on a regular basis, these students continue to attempt to patronize your business. Although I am not a student myself, I spoke with them, and they stated that this occurs frequently and that staff selectively allow customers in based on whether they appear to be high-school aged. I even observed an employee standing at the door permitting entry only to individuals who did not look like students.
When I was in high school, I do not recall ever needing to be accompanied by an adult simply to purchase a meal with my own money. I hope your establishment will reconsider this practice and ensure fair and consistent treatment for all paying customers.
