Our visit here was incredibly below average for five guys. We ordered takeout on Saturday, 1/3/26. I had a grilled cheese with some added veggies, and that was good. My husband ordered a little bacon cheeseburger with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and grilled onion. Take a look at the picture to see how many of those toppings were present. The fries were also dry and crunchy, and crunchy for all the wrong reasons. They tasted old and reheated. I called right after my husband came home with the food to complain about the quality. I was told by a manager that she had to clear it with her district manager, but I should expect a refund for the little bacon cheeseburger and fries within 72 hours. It’s a week later, and I have not received a refund for anything. This Five Guys used to be great. Our last few experiences have gone downhill, and this one was the worst. We won’t be back for a while, and I’ll sadly have to follow-up on the refund I was promised.

Is always a great experience coming here. Food os always freshly made right in front of you and they are efficient making the food. Cashiers are pretty helpful with the menu as well.

After a long morning of shopping at car max, me and my friend were jonesin’ to get to Five Guys for ‘Heaven on a Bun’. Upon entering the establishment, nothing was out of the ordinary. The staff greeted us in a respectful manner and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. However, once we got our food, we crossed the threshold of hell. We opened our tinfoil wrappers expecting the melty cheesy goodness that is expected from a Five Guys established. What stared back at me will haunt me for the rest of my days. The cheese was not melted on the patty and looked as if it was just slapped onto the sandwich. The bun tasted stale and left a sour taste upon my pallet. My colleague ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but upon inspecting the sandwich, there was but a trace of bacon to be found. We hope that this location will get back to the “Rated #1 Burger for Lunch in NYC” - Time Out New York 2008 - standard that we were craving for our lunch.
