- AGAlex Grant1 day ago1.0I work at another Dunkin location, so I understand how busy it can get. That said, this visit was really disappointing. The coffee tasted burnt and wasn’t stirred properly. I saw employees switching coffee shuttles around, and the hot coffee canisters were low with red timer lights showing. When I asked for a remake, it still wasn’t right. My sandwich was also poorly prepared. The bacon wasn’t fully cooked and the egg was cold. The sandwich station looked messy and unorganized. The dining area was dirty when I walked in, and overall the store didn’t appear as clean as other Dunkin locations I’ve visited. There were 3–4 employees on shift who seemed more focused on talking than maintaining the store. I understand things get busy, but cleanliness and food safety should still be priorities. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the standards at this location.

However, I just ordered one like a month ago so there is no reason to lie about it. I understand that it is an unpopular blend but I am willing to wait if a fresh pot needs to be brewed. If it is true that they don’t carry it anymore then it should be taken off the menu because it makes no sense to display it on the menu and not have it available…
