Now when I go there employees will sit behind the counter with no personality and have a conversation while I’m the only person in line waiting for 5 minutes for them to stop talking and take my order. I stopped ordering sandwiches because you’re lucky if you get even 2 pieces of bacon. I order a hot chocolate and they couldn’t fil the cup up all the way about 2 inches off from the top.This place has became a joke and the employees are the problem.

I walked in and specifically asked beforehand if you guys had cold brew, I specifically asked the woman at the counter, and she said “of course we do” Then, why did you give me dark roast and try to pass it off as cold brew? You don’t know anything about coffee if you think passing off a dark roast coffee would fool somebody into thinking that it’s cold brew. So for the future people who drink coffee can tell the difference between dark roast, regular and cold brew. I know this might be surprising, but they all have a different taste. So next time you lie about what you have in stock, just tell the person the truth so you don’t get a review like this.
