  I’m so sick and tired of this being the closest Dunkin to my house. There’s one lady and one male worker here who’s actually good at what they do. Today the lady who was working cash register basically threw my donut at me because I asked for it since my hot cofffee had been sitting there for thirty minutes getting cold behind the counter. She smirked after she did it and I snatched it and walked away. They purposely started making my coffees bad bc of this or just not putting out my food so I would have to ask just so they can give me attitude. I’m calling corporate bc why does it take 6+ people to not put out your order? I’m a regular and only two out of like 8 of their employees have respect. I’m generally a nice person but when you treat me like garbage expect me to be mad as a paying customer. A lot of us have worked at Dunkin or fast food and put our time in, I doubt the lady that threw my donut at me would want to be treated this way.

  I was here a few weeks ago and there was this tall elderly women that always works on sandwiches. I think it’s the managers mom. I was waiting on front counter until I heard her yelling at 2 girls that weren’t doing anything to shut their mouths. after she started slamming things around. This dunkin just be hiring anybody

  Food is fine, but the three girls working behind the counter were anything but professional. They cuss in front of the customers and the personal music playing was inappropriate. Handling food was careless and dropping on the floor. One employee proceeded to accidentally spill a customers coffee on herself and proceeded to jokingly blame it on the customer. This was pathetic.
