I was waiting on front counter until I heard her yelling at 2 girls that weren’t doing anything to shut their mouths. after she started slamming things around. This dunkin just be hiring anybody

Somehow tasted bitter and watered down at the same time. When I went back to politely ask them to remake it, a girl came over from drive thru and said "it looks like the ice melted". I had to reiterate that it tasted watered down BEFORE the ice melted. They made them over and they were just as gross. We ended up throwing them away. Sad considering how much coffee cost now.
