Today I ordered a decaf coffee for my mother, who cannot have caffeine due to heart palpitations, but was given a regular coffee instead. When I returned to have it corrected, they did remake the coffee but charged me for the replacement, even though the original mistake was not mine. Since this was a decaf vs. regular issue and health-related, this was disappointing. I’m leaving this review in hopes of better attention to decaf orders and improved customer service moving forward.
