I go here often because it’s the closet to me but they suck and i can’t wait to move just for a different dunkin. The food and quality is good but the employees are so brainless and forgetful, when i go inside they are constantly talking bad about their customers as well as getting my order wrong. I really hope the manager hires different employees because it could be a really great place.

We waited there for 13 minutes to have someone serve on us. She came over unprofessionaly and said “I have more important things to do” we only stated “13 minutes is an unnecessary amount of time to be in line waiting” for someone to come to the front desk, especially after been repeatedly told that someone’s coming over to help. That’s just unacceptable. People like Amber shouldn’t be working in customer service if they can’t control their own behavior.
