  Got kicked out of drive thru for calling their ai chat a “clanker”. This is absurd and wendys needs to change over to a better more eco efficient business model

  The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had was tonight at the Fairhaven location. I ordered a $6 biggie bag, and I got 1 sauce. I open the burger, no lettuce and it’s COLD. It was the flattest piece of meat I’ve ever seen. My fries were also COLD, old, discolored and didn’t fill the container, and my son wouldn’t even eat the 4 nuggets. They were also cold and old. I go back thru drive thru, mind you, it wasn’t busy. Only about 4 cars in the 30minutes. I say “hi, I ordered the $6 biggie bag, and I asked for no tomatoes, but there is also no lettuce”. She says, we don’t have lettuce. Okkkk, but why didn’t she kindly let me know that when I originally placed the order? So then I say, ok, and my fries are also not good. Before I finish, she rudely says“ pull up I’ll give u a new fry.” I get to window and I show her the burger and tell her I’ve never seen a burger like this. No apology, no refund, just grabs the bag of fries and rolls her eyes. I will never go the fairhaven Wendy’s. It’s gone down hill BIG TIME! I spent almost $9, on disgusting food that I threw away. Oh and when I originally asked how many sauces she gave me, she says 1, I sad “can I have 1 more please”… she’s like ya that’ll be 54cents. Are you kidding me? I’ve NEVER paid for a second sauce at any fast food chain! I didn’t ask for 3 or 4 ,just 1 extra sauce. I wonder how much she racks up by the end of her shift at 54 cents a pop. Go to Taco Bell Nextdoor, or go home and eat cereal!

  Horrible, thus AI crap is the worst. We did a online order drive thru. We was in line for 15min. The screen went out then on, no one still didn't came to the drive thru. I spoke still nothing. We never done the online order before so we did know if I should go inside but I did. They said the power went out and they don't see my order and I should them my order on my phone that I paid. It still took 10min or so to get my for so over all I was at Wendy's till I got my food almost 30min. Food was good, but they only gave me fresh new meals only because I had my recipe on my phone never again
